Mr. Gary Lim is the Principal Consultant of his own marketing consultancy
firm. He has held positions of General Manager, Marketing Manager
and Engineering Manager of several multinational companies, including
Australian, Japanese and US Fortune 500 companies. The business activities
of these companies cover a wide range of industries with more |

years of corporate experience in these industries. Mr Lim is
appointed a technical expert in international marketing by Asian Productivity
Organisation (APO) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

Mansur's primary area of practice
is the general administration of small and medium size enterprises
(SMEs) and includes litigation, alternative dispute resolution, corporate
finance, restructurings, mergers & acquisitions and liquidation.
Mansur's speciality is the conduct of a 'legal audit' for SMEs –
whereby he advises SMEs on administration procedures and legal |

documentation.Mansur also
has extensive experience in joint ventures and international transactions.
He has advised on local as well as cross-border joint-ventures (JVs)
from establishment to termination of JVs. Mansur's international work
includes cross-border transactions and investment deals in China,
Germany, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sweden, Vietnam and USA. Mansur has
advised local and foreign clients on establishing business in Singapore
and the region. Mansur has been in practice for eighteen years. He
is currently working with associate, Andy Choy, in rewriting the book
'The Singapore Corporate Director's Manual'. He is also the Vice President
of Indonesia Business Association of Singapore – a society set
up as a platform for business people of Singapore and Indonesia.

meetings and is currently VPE of Toa Payoh Central Toastmasters Club
and was a Treasurer, VPM and SAA of SkyMedia TMC since 1998. He is

Sebastian Chong joined
the Informatics Group as Academic Director for Singapore in October
2004. Prior to that, he was full-time managing director of Financial
Info Analysis Pte Ltd, a publisher of books on finance and investing
since April 2003. He started his career in auditing in 1971 and was
an audit manager with Turquands Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst &

before entering
academia in 1980. He retired from National University of Singapore
Business School in October 2003. During his tenure as an Associate
Professor with NUS Business School, he taught and researched in accounting,
finance and investing. He has trained analysts for the finance and
other industries since 1992 in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
Besides being a prolific contributor of articles to the financial
media, he is the author of two recent bestsellers, Value Investing
in Singapore Listed Companies and Blueblack Chips and Growth Stocks.
He is also editor of Current Cases in Comparative Business Analysis.
